Shintsha Health Initiative is an organization that was established in September 2012 by the people living with HIV/AIDS and it was established to advocate for the rights of the community of people living with HIV. The organization serves to promote and encourage the positive living. The organization also caters for various programs.
Shintsha Health Initiative is the non-profit organization, non-political, social movement that was founded in 2012 with aims of educating the community about Human immune-deficiency virus(HIV) and Tuberculosis(TB). The organization also exists to create a link between the community, health service and other service providers.

To be the pre-eminent organization that prevents the spread of HIV/AIDS and TB and to fight stigma and discrimination through treatment as prevention, adherence, health education, peer support and community mobilization.
